We Follow Calender Month prepaid billing. All accounts will be expired on 3rd,4th of calender month(Sundays exemption). Speed on expiration will be degraded to 256K, on non-payment of customer till 11th of month account will be fully suspended. Customer will pay advance for blling month. Charging Cycle is divided into 2 half’s so if customer pays his amount on 14th of month then expiration will be on 2th of next month and billed for whole month. However if he pays on 15th or onwards then expiration will still be 2nd of next month but he will be charged for half month.
Home packages are optimized for home use like video streaming, video calling etc., like home plan business packages are designed to meet demands of small business owners (Mobile Shop, OSS) who require heavy files for downloading. Unlike Home and Business Plans, Corp. Plans are designed for transaction processing have feature like path optimization in which customer give destination server ip addresses to be routed via shortest route available.
You can lodge your complaint after initial troubleshooting at you end by checking rights cables are plugged in and right LED’s are blinking on router. The KBL Customer Portal shows many details of your account as well as invoice history and data usage records. Log in at billing.kbl.com.pk and if you don’t know your username and password, click the “forgot password” link to have it sent to your email. The last six invoices show on the home page and by using search, you can see any past invoice.
